SESSION LENGTH AND FREQUENCY // Sessions range from 45 – 55 mins depending on individual factors. I work with patients on a weekly or twice-weekly basis.
FEE // My fee is $145 per session due at time of service. I accept payment by cash, check, credit/debit, HSA, and FSA. For private pay individuals, please inquire about sliding scale availability if needed.
INSURANCE // IN-NETWORK // I am currently an in-network provider with First Choice, Kaiser PPO, and Aetna.
INSURANCE // OUT-OF-NETWORK // I am considered an out-of-network provider for other insurances. Most insurance plans offer partial or full reimbursement for services with out-of-network providers. In these cases you would pay me at time of each session, then file a claim with your insurance for reimbursement. I can support you in this process and provide needed documentation.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATES // In compliance with the No Surprises Act, a Good Faith Estimate of total annual charges will be provided to Private Pay and Out of Network patients prior to first visit.

CANCELLATIONS // I use an allotment-based cancellation policy rather than a window-of-notice policy such as 24 or 48-hour notice. Beyond a limited number of cancellations per year I require a $75 cancellation fee for each additional missed session. This fee is not covered by insurance. I am glad to answer questions you may have about this policy as you consider the financial cost of treatment.
