SESSION FREQUENCY | Once-weekly in most cases

SESSION LENGTH | 45 – 60 mins depending on individual factors

FEES | $160 per session, initial assessment $190. Please do ask about sliding scale availability if finances are a barrier. My sliding scale fee starts at $90.

INSURANCE, IN-NETWORK |  I am in-network with Premera, Lifewise, Aetna, Meritain, First Choice, and Kaiser PPO (not Kaiser Core)

INSURANCE, OUT-OF-NETWORK |  ​If I am out-of-network with your plan I can provide monthly superbills (detailed receipts) to support reimbursement claims you may file with your insurance. Most insurances now have streamlined online claims submission. I am glad to coach in this process. Please consult your insurance carrier for details on your plan’s out-of-network benefits, including any deductible requirements. The CPT codes I bill primarily are 90834 and 90837.
